Referral Terms and Conditions
Program Overview: Mr Wash-ee Wash offers a referral program that rewards existing customers for referring new customers. When a successful referral is completed, both the referring customer and the new customer receive a benefit as outlined below.
Referral Reward
The referring customer will receive a $25 service credit.
The new customer will receive $25 off their first paid service.
Eligibility
The referring customer must be an existing customer of Mr Wash-ee Wash.
The referred individual must be a new customer who has never previously purchased services from Mr Wash-ee Wash.
Referrals of existing or former customers do not qualify.
Self-referrals are not allowed.
How the Program Works
The referring customer recommends Mr Wash-ee Wash to a friend, family member, or acquaintance.
The new customer must mention the referring customer’s name at the time of booking or before the service is completed.
The new customer must complete and fully pay for their first service. (referral discount applied to invoice)
Once payment is received, the referring customer will receive a $25 credit
Credit Details
Referral credits are valued at $25 each.
A customer may earn a maximum of 5 referral credits ($125 total).
Credits may be combined and applied toward future services.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credits are non-transferable.
Credits will be applied to the referring customer’s account after the new customer’s first service is completed and paid in full.
Limitations
Only one referral credit will be issued per new qualifying customer.
The $25 discount for the new customer applies only to their first service.
Referral credits cannot be applied to the same service that generated the referral unless otherwise agreed.
Mr Wash-ee Wash reserves the right to deny referral rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Service Requirements
The new customer’s first service must be a paid service of equal or greater value than the discount being applied.
Discounts and credits cannot reduce the total due below any stated minimum service amount (if applicable).
Modifications and Termination Mr Wash-ee Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any credits earned prior to changes will still be honored, subject to these terms.
